Leads Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) across park construction, projects, and operations, ensuring compliance and all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation. Provides expert technical guidance to Project Managers, Programme Managers, and contractors, and oversees governance processes to ensure safe and compliant project delivery.

Provides leadership and strategic oversight for all security, investigations, and loss prevention functions across Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX). Responsible for uniformed security operations, emergency management, security technology, regulatory compliance, asset protection, and crisis response.

The Operational Excellence (OE) team is responsible for the technical and process health of the Universal Products & Experiences (UP&E) consumer products business. Thus, this team drives process maturity, platform optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across UP&E and the broader NBCUniversal organization. This role helps bridge the gap between the Product, Engineering, and Business Engagement teams, ensuring that UP&E’s technology foundation is stable.
