This role requires working in a fast-paced operations environment supporting NBC’s 24/7 Media Traffic Control (MTC) Group. This is a hybrid assignment at our 30 Rockefeller Center facility in NYC working in office a minimum of 4 days per week. Responsibilities Collaborate on system/workflow/process for Media Traffic Control, updating SOP as new technology or workflow needs evolve. Manage any troubleshooting process for all remotes into 30 Rock by partnering with MTC to engage field operations, IT teams, and other maintenance teams, both within and outside 30 Rock.
