The TechEx Operations Analyst is responsible for providing a high class of IT Support to clients within the UK offices but also to the global userbase. This role requires flexibility which may mean supporting multiple sites within the UK with occasional out of hours work to support projects and other initiatives. This role will provide desktop support as well as enterprise systems engagement support for multiple business units.
