The Overnight Coordinator supports 24/7 operations at NBCUniversal’s Corporate Headquarters at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, ensuring a safe, secure, and seamless experience for employees, guests, and visitors during overnight hours. They will operation with greater independence and accountability, managing lower-volume and moderate to high-sensitivity requests. Additionally, the Overnight Coordinator ensures continuity of operations and provides clear documentation and handoff communication to day teams.

As an Account Services Representative, you are responsible for maintaining all aspects of account management while providing timely and accurate information to the sales team and to the client.
