· As an Attractions Event Operations & Innovation Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Attractions Event Operations & Innovation Manager with the planning and operating of all Special Events as assigned, this includes (but not limited to) Fourth of July, Spring, New Year’s Eve, and Halloween seasonal events. In addition, you will be responsible for the day to day guest flow of theme park operations.

As an Attractions Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Attractions Manager with the ongoing development of the Supervisor level and venue leads, supporting overall team member and guest satisfaction, on-duty venue management, and maintaining strategic and daily operational plans. As an Attractions Assistant Manager, in partnership with the Attractions manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of salaried Supervisor and lead team, maintaining strategic, financial and daily operational plans that support overall guest and team member satisfaction of the attraction.

The Manager of Accessibility Compliance oversees Guest access to goods and services across the Theme Park and CityWalk, ensuring compliance with current and emerging California Building Code (CBC) and federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. This role also serves as an advocate for equitable access and equal facilitation for both Guests and Team Members.

The position is responsible for supporting the Park Services department & overseeing park Team Members. This person will ensure that the Theme Park environment is consistently maintained in a clean, safe & presentable manner while complying with all procedures & regulatory requirements. In addition this person will be responsible for implementing departmental programs focusing on Team Member & Guest Satisfaction.
