Summary Responsible for assisting the Studio Tour Driver Manager with managing the Studio Tour Driver staff, Teamsters - Local 399, also includes managing the day-to-day operation of the Studio Tour. Essential Functions Assist the Manager in hiring, training and development of Teamsters Local 399 driver staff. Responsible for managing all employees by setting work expectations and leadership standards. Offering consistent and timely feedback to hourly staff to ensure effective communication between management and staff.

The Manager of Accessibility Compliance oversees Guest access to goods and services across the Theme Park and CityWalk, ensuring compliance with current and emerging California Building Code (CBC) and federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. This role also serves as an advocate for equitable access and equal facilitation for both Guests and Team Members.
