The Financial Analyst will support the Theme Park and CityWalk Retail team through finance deliverables including the following: daily/weekly/monthly financial reporting, month-end close, account reconciliations, Budget/ Long Range Plan (LRP)/ Latest Estimate (LE) cycles, and ad hoc analysis. Will be assigned the specific tasks as the new hire will go through the training of all of the below responsibilities as seen fit.

The Director, Business Analytics & Industrial Engineering will lead the development and execution of strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. This role combines expertise in industrial engineering with advanced business analytics to optimize processes and inform strategic decisions. Responsibilities Include: Lead and manage efforts to analyze operations and workflows to enhance process efficiencies in theme park operations, aiming to maximize the utilization of facilities and personnel.

Successful candidate will be the primary Financial support for the Entertainment Operations & LAPS (Location and Production Services) departments at Universal Studios Hollywood Theme Park. Develop and maintain best in class financial processes, improve operating performance, and align decision making with the business' key performance indicators. Provide accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis. Establish and maintain detailed budgets and reforecasts. Partner with operators to maximize operational efficiencies. Lead/assist with various ad hoc projects as required.

The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a key member of the Revenue Management department which is responsible for performing strategic and financial analysis for Universal Studios Hollywood attendance and product offerings. By providing high-quality, thoughtful insights, the Senior Financial Analyst plays an integral role in supporting the short-term and long-term financial success for Universal Studios Hollywood.
