As a key member of the International Head Office Creative Team, your primary role is to oversee the development of all creative communication materials for assigned titles within the international film slate. Your role will involve working closely with the heads of the creative team, the Senior Management Team (SMT) and the domestic creative team. This position will have a dual reporting line, reporting to both the EVP, Creative Advertising and President, International Marketing.

The Administrative Assistant, Global Publicity will fully support the EVP, Global Publicity and liaise between the Global Publicity team. The individual in this role will manage the calendar, phones, travel, expenses, contacts, filing and all administrative needs for the EVP, Global Publicity. The Administrative Assistant will manage all Global Publicity team meetings. They will conduct and provide research to the team, assist at events such as premieres, press days and screenings and handle communication interdepartmentally.

The Global Custom Content, Junket and Experiential Teams develop, build and execute major beats of a film’s marketing campaign and work across all divisions of Universal’s Filmed Entertainment Group. In this multifaceted position, the Coordinator, Global Publicity will work hand-in-hand with both the Custom Content/Junket and Experiential teams on the front lines of marketing campaigns, helping to produce 30+ events per year and interacting with almost every department globally across motion picture marketing.
