The HO (Home Office) International Media team acts as the center of media excellence for the studio. They are directly involved across all international media strategy, planning, execution, innovation, experimentation, data science and budget management for all theatrical releases across both Universal and Focus Features. Big ideas only comes to life when you know how to collaborate – we partner closely across each function of our studio’s marketing department – research, business intelligence, creative, brand, integrated marketing, advanced analytics….to name a few. The Global Custom Content, Junket and Experiential Teams develop, build and execute major beats of a film’s marketing campaign and work across all divisions of Universal’s Filmed Entertainment Group. In this multifaceted position, the Coordinator, Global Publicity will work hand-in-hand with both the Custom Content/Junket and Experiential teams on the front lines of marketing campaigns, helping to produce 30+ events per year and interacting with almost every department globally across motion picture marketing.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting all day-to-day activities undertaken by SVP, International Marketing. This is a globally focused role and includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings and handling travel arrangements. This role will also include the preparation of presentations, tracking of key actions required and direct liaison with senior level stakeholders both internally and externally across all international territories.
