Role Summary/Purpose: Reports to Senior Vice President, Media The Manager, Media will lead the planning and execution of integrated media campaigns for Universal Pictures and Focus Features theatrical releases across English and French Canada. This role is responsible for delivering effective, data-driven media strategies that support overall marketing objectives.

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic global team at Universal Pictures. The Digital Coordinator supports the development and execution of digital creative and social media strategies for our films. Reporting to the team’s VP, this role has two core responsibilities: overseeing the creative asset management process across multiple films and supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of the digital team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and tracking assets across both organic and paid social campaigns.

The Manager of Creative Advertising will report to the Director, Creative Advertising and provide creative operational support to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and aligned with overall strategy.

The Creative Coordinator is a vital member of the Creative Advertising department, supporting the management of A/V, print, and digital campaigns for Universal Pictures’ theatrical releases. Working as part of a dynamic and collaborative team, the Coordinator will report to the EVP of Creative Advertising and partner closely with colleagues across the department. This role will play a key part in supporting both domestic and global teams, helping ensure projects and deliverables are executed in a timely and efficient manner.

The Multicultural Marketing team is part of the marketing department of Universal Pictures. The team is responsible for engaging across all disciplines of film marketing to identify, refine, develop, and integrate strategies and tactics to enhance and enrich outreach to Hispanic, African American, and Asian American audiences. The Creative Coordinator, Multicultural Marketing & Creative will be responsible for executing projects as it pertains to the creative output of the department.

The international publicity coordinator position is based in LA. This position will work as part of the Focus/Universal international team, who are based in the US and London. This position will be responsible for supporting the Focus/Universal team across international campaigns on the full slate of Focus Features films. The team’s objective is to work closely and consistently collaborate all international markets to provide strategic publicity input as well as broader marketing strategy contributions to ensure the execution of holistic theatrical marketing campaigns.
