The Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing day-to-day financial and budget tasks, including but not limited to tracking of all spends, invoice submissions, onboarding of vendors, monthly and quarter closes/accruals. The Operations Coordinator will assist with the operational efforts for the Universal Television Entertainment Group’s communications teams. This position will report to the Director, Operations for the Universal Television Entertainment Group’s communications teams.

This leader will collaborate closely with communications directors, managers, and cross-functional partners to drive data-driven storytelling, manage media relations, and provide backup leadership in crisis communications.
