As a key member of the Labor & Employment Legal team, this role will lead all legal labor strategy and process, providing strategic advice and counsel regarding labor strategy and represent the Company in collective bargaining agreement negotiations. Other responsibilities include handling labor arbitrations, National Labor Relations Board matters and other related labor related litigation for the Company, as well as training and employee relation initiatives.
