NBC News Digital Video Productions is seeking a journalist to produce, script/develop, shoot, and edit videos for NBC News’ digital app with a focus on its new subscription product. About Platform Distribution & Partnerships: Platform Distribution and Partnerships (PD&P) is a division of NBCUniversal's media group responsible for the distribution and monetization of the company’s multi-billion-dollar linear and streaming services portfolio to pay-tv providers, NBC broadcast affiliates, consumer technology platforms and devices, and consumer brands. A key revenue-generator, the division is comprised of content distribution, affiliate relations and strategic partnerships across NBC, Peacock, Bravo, Telemundo and various FAST channels.

This role will provide strategic and practical legal counsel to the Company’s Human Resources professionals and business executives regarding employment laws and support the overall employment legal group, as well as negotiate and draft employment agreements. This will be a key role as we build a legal employment group for a newly formed media company, Versant Media.

We’re looking for an experienced editor to join MSNBC Digital’s new live blog team, a key part of our breaking news and blogs initiative. This role focuses primarily on political news, with additional coverage of breaking stories and select trending topics. The ideal candidate will have excellent news judgment, a deep understanding of journalistic standards and the ability to consistently uphold MSNBC’s tone and editorial values.

The VP/Senior Counsel – Distribution Legal role will provide advice and support with respect to the negotiation and management of Versant’s distribution relationships for its portfolio of linear and digital properties.

The role of Counsel, Business and Legal Affairs reports to the Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs, and is part of a team responsible for providing business and legal affairs services for scripted and unscripted programming, content acquisitions and live entertainment across Versant’s portfolio of television entertainment networks, including USA Network, Oxygen, E! and SYFY.

Role Overview: The Senior Financial Analyst, TV Networks will report to the Senior Manager and provide critical financial support across MSNBC, CNBC, Golf Channel, USA, E!, SYFY, and Oxygen. This role is instrumental in driving accurate forecasting, insightful reporting, and strategic analysis of subscriber revenue. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a keen attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to support decision-making across the networks.

Senior Financial Analyst, MSNBC Newsgathering Finance OVERVIEW This key role is the main finance partner for the new MSNBC Newsgathering organization, a major strategic initiative already underway as the Versant brands prepare for the upcoming spin from NBCUniversal. This role is responsible for building partnerships with the Newsgathering leadership team to address day to day priorities, execute on special projects, and to contribute to conversations on new ideas.
