The Manager, Contract Operations, is an integral member of UP&E, responsible for providing operational support to the UP&E APAC team across all categories (Toys & Hardlines, Fashion & Living and Food, Beauty & Care, Publishing). The primary focus will be driving operational excellence in the contract lifecycle, business development to drive growth, contract negotiations with key partners and to support both regional and country teams.

The UP&E Business & Legal Affairs team is seeking an experienced, motivated, and collaborative in-house lawyer to support the Consumer Products business across the Asia Pacific region (APAC). The role will look after contract needs related to IP consumer product and publishing licensing agreements, retail/marketing campaigns, design asset creation and other services arrangements and provide business & legal affairs support to commercial/category and creative teams across UP&E APAC offices in Sydney, Tokyo & Seoul.

This position is on the Business & Legal Affairs team responsible for providing business and legal support for UP&E. UP&E handles the licensing of NBCUniversal film and television properties for merchandising, publishing, video games, digital and interactive uses, and commercial tie-ins/promotions. This role will primarily focus on assisting group attorneys with respect to consumer products, including drafting legal documents, research on intellectual property rights, and other duties, as assigned.
