The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing and integrating comprehensive project plans and schedules throughout the project life cycle, concept design through turnover, for each of the projects that Universal Creative undertakes. Provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Audio, Special Effects, Projection, Lighting, Set/Scenic, Props, Show Action Equipment, Animated Figures, Ride Systems, Mechanical Systems, Network Systems, Parkwide Systems, Ride Control, and/or Show Control Systems. Role may have multiple direct reports whom manage multiple aspects of an attraction.

This position requires a service-oriented person with a very good eye for details with database and inventory experience to juggle administrative support with managing an inventory of hardware assets deployed on NBC Universal film productions and term deals. Candidate must be able to manage a fast-paced environment with many interruptions. Accuracy is paramount in this position. Must have strong people and service skills and must be able take ownership and work well within a varied and dynamic team.

This position will manage functions including workflow forms, payroll processing, SAP updates, overall deal administration, etc.
