The Senior Vice President, Controller will serve as an integral business partner in the operational accounting aspects of NBCUniversal’s Destinations & Experiences (UDX) business reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. The role serves as a key advisor to leadership on all accounting and reporting matters and is responsible for overseeing all operational accounting processes, monthly and quarterly close, reporting and the assessment and validation of internal control activities for the division.

The Ad Sales Finance Sr Analyst is responsible for core ad sales finance processes and is a key player on the Entertainment Digital business across NBC, Bravo & Syndicated shows (Access Hollywood, The Kelly Clarkson Show, etc.), along with support for SpinCo Cable brands (USA, Oxygen, E!, Syfy) during the transition. This role will also serve as a key person assisting with broader digital portfolio reporting across the NBCU portfolio.

Role Purpose: This Senior Procurement Manager will be responsible for leading the sourcing activities for the Selling General and Administrative (SG&A) category. These services will include, but are not limited to HR Services, Professional Services and Financial Services. The Senior Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sourcing processes, leading development and execution of sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing key strategic suppliers.

Responsibilities of the Syndication Ad Sales Finance team is to support revenue across the First Run, Off Net and 3rd Party titles as well as Branded Entertainment. Ad Sales Finance supports all aspects of budgeting and reporting of Advertising Sales revenue. The Director, Syndication Ad Sales Finance is responsible for analyzing and overseeing financial reporting, Executive leadership communication and Forecasting for the Syndication properties. In this role you will be a key part of Ad Sales Finance team that supports Syndication leadership.

This position will be a key member of the Ad Sales Finance team, supporting all aspects of the Hispanic Group TV pricing & sales forecasting, revenue analysis, systems maintenance and financial closes. Role Purpose: Performs billing and related functions for NBCU Cable and Broadcast Networks. Perform pre-bill quality controls on financial and master data to ensure billing integrity. Act as first point of contact for questions on billing and invoice adjustments for Sales and Sales support teams. Responsibilities: Generate monthly Linear billing for NBCU Broadcast and Cable Networks, both print and electronic. Networks include: NBC Broadcast Network, Telemundo Network, USA, Syfy, Bravo, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, Universal Kids, Universo and Olympic Channel.

Role Purpose: The Manager, SAP S4 Business Process Lead - AP is a critical role for NBCUniversal’s SAP S/4 HANA implementation, “Project Keystone.” This position will work with colleagues across the global NBCU Finance and Technology organizations, playing an active role in our finance digital transformation from design to deployment. This role will be an important part of ensuring inclusive design decisions, effective change management and substantial transformation.

Role Purpose: The Senior Director, SAP S/4 Risk & Compliance Lead is a critical role for NBCUniversal's SAP S/4 HANA implementation, Project Keystone. This position will work with colleagues across the global NBCU Finance and Technology organizations, playing an active role in our finance digital transformation from design to deployment. The role of the SAP S/4 Risk & Compliance Lead is responsible for supporting our transformation office by providing compliance guidance around the future state design and functional processes.

The Sr. Treasury Analyst will join a team focused on providing cash management, forecasting, and oversight as well as identifying, developing, and implementing strategies for mitigating foreign exchange risk across all of NBCUniversal’s portfolio of businesses including Media, Studios, News, and Destination and Experiences. The Treasury department is a dynamic and fast paced organization.

Hybrid role - 3 days working in the office 1st week of every month working remotely Role Summary/Purpose: Reporting into the International Payroll Manager, based in London, this role is responsible for assisting in payrolls across the international regions, UK, EMEA alongside the wider international payroll team responsible for processing all global payrolls outside the US. The International remit currently includes 22 countries and 75 payrolls.
