Role Purpose: Global Finance Operations (GFO) is NBCUniversal’s centralized shared services team, providing finance and accounting support across business units. GFO is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager for a hybrid role supporting both Record-to-Report (R2R) Accounting and the Account Reconciliation Quality Assurance Program (QAP). This highly visible role offers the opportunity to contribute to core accounting operations while shaping the future of reconciliation standards at NBCU.

Role Purpose: This position will be responsible for the preparation, analysis, and invoicing of billing. The Position The Vice President, Global Procurement for Technology, will be a part of lean and critical function of Versant called Global Procurement and will lead Strategic Sourcing activities related to technology. The Senior Director of Procure to Pay, Accounting Operations leads the Company's day-to-day centralized procure to pay (P2P) operations. Reporting to the SVP of Accounting Operations, this role will be responsible for driving the enterprise P2P operations providing day to day robust and efficient accounts payable services to SpinCo business partners. Responsibilities Service Delivery Manage the relationship with the P2P Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team to ensure all operating and financial objectives meet business needs and adhere to contract requirements.

Oversee the controllership activities for TV Networks revenues and non-programming expenses. Oversee that all transactions are recorded, documented, reviewed and supported in accordance with company policies, generally accepted accounting principles and SOX controls. Partner as trusted advisor to the TV Networks finance organization on issues concerning reporting and controls, and assist with the formulation of financial and operational policy matters. Participate in monthly/quarterly closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial information.

As a key member of the O&T (Operations & Technology) Finance team, the Finance Manager will own the budgeting/LRP (long range plan), forecasting, expense management, headcount, capital and allocation processes for the News Group O&T department. This role provides the unique opportunity to gain a solid understanding of NBCU operations through daily exposure/interaction with O&T operational teams as well as the greater NBCU finance organization. Position Overview The Finance Manager for East Coast TV Production is an integral part of the O&T finance and operations teams. The Finance Manager will be overseeing the day to day financial activities for a ~$100MM OCF business and a $20M capital budget. This includes regular financial and operational metrics reporting, planning and analysis, ad hoc strategic modeling and day to day financial processes.

The Senior Financial Analyst serves a key role on the SpinCo Production & Distribution Finance team, reporting to the Vice President, Production & Distribution Finance and serving as an operational finance support partner to the full “Operations & Technology” team. The role provides the unique opportunity for extensive visibility with the SpinCo leadership team and experience both shaping and managing the operations of a newly formed Media company.
