Drive operating profit goals and sales. Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs. Consistently achieve operational excellence.

This position is responsible for providing leadership, direction and resources to effectively manage retail stores, daily departmental operations and special projects in support of the theme park. Essential Functions: Executes strategic plans to optimize store profits while maintaining quality, cleanliness and Guest Service standards. Consistently drive process improvements and efficiencies to enhance Guest Service and retail store operations. Support the creation of a cohesive team while demonstrating organizational, planning, delegation, mentoring and coaching skills.

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for providing the leadership, direction and resources to effectively manage construction projects for Universal Studio Hollywood (USH). The Project Manager will oversee construction projects in accordance with approved budgets, schedules, and project plans & specifications.
