The Accounts Payable Coordinator supports the accounts payable function of NBCUniversal’s Media Group and UTVE Marketing finance team. This role works closely with the Marketing Finance + Operating teams to handle the day-to-day accounts payable operations which: accounts payable, vendor management, purchase card reconciliation, and related analysis and process simplification.

Provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Audio, Special Effects, Projection, Lighting, Set/Scenic, Props, Show Action Equipment, Animated Figures, Ride Systems, Mechanical Systems, Network Systems, Parkwide Systems, Ride Control, and/or Show Control Systems. Role may have multiple direct reports whom manage multiple aspects of an attraction.

The primary function of the Business Affairs Coordinator is to efficiently support three (3) Business Affairs executives at Universal Studio Group in their day-to-day job responsibilities, while demonstrating an ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. This position requires a service-oriented person with a very good eye for details with database and inventory experience to juggle administrative support with managing an inventory of hardware assets deployed on NBC Universal film productions and term deals. Candidate must be able to manage a fast-paced environment with many interruptions. Accuracy is paramount in this position. Must have strong people and service skills and must be able take ownership and work well within a varied and dynamic team.
