The Executive Assistant to the Chairman, NBCU Business Affairs & Operations is a dynamic and insightful individual that operates as a self-starter and will leverage their critical thinking and interpersonal skills to liaison with staff, senior leaders, and externally to provide support with the goal of increasing the effectiveness and productivity of the executive.

The coordinator assists with attraction documentation, including but not limited to deliverables lists, request for proposal (RFP) documents, attraction design drawings, attraction scope, and all other pertinent attraction records and with administrative and clerical processes in support of the development of projects.
