NBCUniversal is looking for a skilled Facilities Project Manager to join our Studio Design & Construction Team in Universal City, CA. In this role, you will have responsibility for all aspects of project delivery from preliminary development through construction completion. You will bring a strong background in project management, with proven expertise in managing detailed budget and construction schedules. The Executive Assistant to the Chairman, NBCU Business Affairs & Operations is a dynamic and insightful individual that operates as a self-starter and will leverage their critical thinking and interpersonal skills to liaison with staff, senior leaders, and externally to provide support with the goal of increasing the effectiveness and productivity of the executive.

The coordinator assists with attraction documentation, including but not limited to deliverables lists, request for proposal (RFP) documents, attraction design drawings, attraction scope, and all other pertinent attraction records and with administrative and clerical processes in support of the development of projects. Includes both routine and non-routine administrative assignments in support of the project team.

Essential Responsibilities: Research, Analyze, and Review Home Video, Theatrical and Television Participation Statements Audit System results to ensure accuracy and compliance to contractual terms and obligations, communicate issues to managerial team and send inquiries to the business units regarding discrepancies Prepare statement adjustments based on feedback from Managerial team, Staging team, and/or the business units Establish and maintain communication with various departments to obtain required information for statement analysis and issue resolution Perform Special Projects as neede

Responsibilities Generate new cross-platform ad sales revenue through integrated, multi-platform sponsorships on NBC Sports Bay Area and California, NBC Bay Area (KNTV) and Telemundo (KSTS). Cross-Platform portfolio features NBC Spot On, an OTT CTV solution that includes exclusive NBC content that is only available through Peacock. Sports portfolio contains over 600 live events on both our Linear and Streaming platforms that include the Golden State Warriors, San Francisco Giants, Oakland A’s, San Jose Sharks, San Jose Earthquakes, and Sacramento Kings.
