NBC News is looking for a Deputy Photo Director to lead our night and weekend photo coverage. The Deputy will report to the Director of Art and Photography and manage 2-4 photo editors. This role will work closely with reporters and editors to plan and execute photography and visuals on a wide range of daily and long-term topics for all NBC News Digital platforms. The schedule for this role is: Wed-Thurs 1p-9p ET Fri 4p-12a ET Sat-Sun 1p-9p ET Must be based at a U.S. NBC News Digital Hub Office (New York, Los Angeles, Washington D.C) for hybrid work. Required in-office Wed-Thurs.

The Manager, FP&A for Universal Television Entertainment Group will be responsible for financial planning & analysis across the UTEG platforms including NBC, Bravo and Peacock. This role will help lead the consolidation and reporting of the platform P&L’s. The candidate will develop a deep understanding of all areas across the Networks (Ad Sales, Programming, Marketing, etc.) to help drive operational alignment and formulate presentations for senior management.

The Role Preferably based in Los Angeles, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of music clearance and licensing experience preferably at a TV/Film studio or content studio, and with marketing teams. This role is ideal for a music professional who thrives in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. This candidate will need experience in music matters including but not limited to: music clearance, music licensing, music rights research, cue sheet reporting/management, drafting and reviewing music agreements, and potentially some creative.

The Analyst, Payments Management on the Universal Studios Hollywood Controllership team is responsible for Payment operations, accounting and analysis. This position will assist with the set-up, mapping, and maintenance of new Merchant ID’s, new Payment Tenders, and the testing and implementation of new systems and enhancements as well as support financial close and new initiatives. Responsibilities Include: Support the overall Payments (Merchant IDs & Vault) accounting function by understanding all the USH various IT systems which support the reporting and recognition of revenue.

The Role Preferably based in Los Angeles, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of music clearance, payments, contract administration, and tracking experience, preferably at a media company. This role is ideal for a music profession who thrives in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
