Research Analyst
The Research Analyst is responsible for monitoring and tracking the consumption of Telemundo content across platforms and will support building insights about the audience using a wide variety of data sources. The ideal person for this role is passionate about understanding the media industry, familiar with Spanish-language media, highly analytical, and excellent at delivering data-focused reporting and analyses. Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth analysis of audience data to uncover market trends, viewer preferences, audience flow patterns, and identify growth opportunities. Utilize tools to access linear TV ratings, as well as digital and social media metrics, demonstrating a strong understanding of how to apply these data sources to support assigned research tasks and strategic initiatives. Manage multiple research projects concurrently, effectively prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines. Track and report on cross-platform consumption behavior across linear, digital, and social media platforms for Spanish-language content, particularly Telemundo properties. Create compelling data visualizations and presentations using PowerPoint and Tableau, transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders. Support sports content tracking and reporting, including analyzing performance of live events, creating executive summaries, benchmarking against competitors, and identifying key trends in Spanish-language sports viewership. Collaborate with and report directly to the Research Manager, supporting additional assignments and ad hoc requests as needed.
