What We’re Looking For: Peacock Viewing Product Design is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the evolution of our Content Discovery experience with expert understanding of UX strategy, systems thinking, and design excellence. We’re looking for a designer who not only excels at solving complex problems and aligning design with product goals, but who also has a passion for crafting seamless, elegant, and highly usable experiences that delight our viewers. The ideal candidate brings a mix of independent ownership, attention to detail, and cross-functional influence — along with a deep commitment to high-quality design and shaping the future of our product and design culture. About Our Team: Our Product Design team is shaping the future of content discovery through bold experimentation — exploring generative AI, next-gen mobile experiences, and personalized interfaces that inspire deeper engagement. We’re dedicated to revolutionizing how people find and connect with content, crafting search and discovery experiences that put viewers first, elevate exceptional design, and foster brand love. What You’ll Do: Lead end-to-end design for Content Discovery experiences — from initial concepts to production-ready solutions that are scalable, intuitive, and visually compelling. Design with purpose and clarity, applying strong UX architecture and product thinking to solve complex problems and create user-centered, business-aligned solutions. Deliver high-quality, production-ready UX that meets platform standards, accessibility guidelines, and evolving design system practices. Communicate with influence, crafting compelling narratives that inspire, drive alignment, and gain buy-in across teams and leadership. Own projects with confidence, managing timelines, feedback loops, and cross-functional collaboration with independence and accountability. Translate insights into impact, using research and data to guide decisions, validate hypotheses, and shape thoughtful experiences. Foster team excellence, mentoring peers, sharing expertise, and contributing to a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing culture. Adapt and experiment quickly, embracing change with creative problem-solving and iterative execution that balances speed and quality.
