Manager, Creative Partnerships Development - NBC Golf Media
This self-motivated and highly organized individual will serve as a strategic liaison between the Sponsorship Sales team and internal teams across NBC Universal with a variety of functions related to creative client solutions and sponsorship fulfillment. This position requires the individual to understand the customer’s goals and follow the process from concept creation through execution, ensuring those goals have been met, working with various NBC Golf departments. Job Responsibilities: Pre-sale process: Attend meetings with advertisers, agencies, and/or internal NBCU group to identify client needs; lead internal briefing sessions of cross-disciplinary teams; develop response proposals ensuring content ideas are purposeful, on-brand, and on-strategy; and pitch ideas succinctly & effectively Create Marketing Strategy: Synthesize advertiser direction, sales strategy, and consumer insights into compelling strategic platforms that focus thinking and spark creative ideation Storytelling: Weave insights and ideas into compelling, coherent stories using PowerPoint and / or Word Communication: Cultivate relationships and facilitate efficient, transparent communication with internal partners: sales, production, marketing, digital, social, etc. Cross-platform dexterity: Develop and communicate ideas that stretch across platforms (linear, streaming, digital, social, experiential, etc.) Expertise in digital with a strong track record of executing campaigns across video, social, OTT, and emerging formats Post-sale process: Develop the overall activation and fulfillment plan for individual accounts, inclusive of client’s KPI’s, and prepare recap / renewal materials Desired Characteristics: Experience with deadline driven environment Strong attention to detail Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent executive-level presentation, leadership and interpersonal skills
