JOB DESCRIPTION In theater -> out-of-theater with circuits Lead the global Trade Marketing strategy, acting as an interface between the circuits in France, the EMEA trade team and HO's international marketing team. In a dynamic process of transformation and reinvention of trade marketing, integrating both traditional levers (cinema campaigns) and a forward-looking, innovative 'out-of-theater' vision, in line with changes in movie theaters and new spectator expectations and evolving habits. 1- Definition and management of trade marketing strategy in France: - Develop a 3-5 years strategy to reposition the role of trade marketing as a major driver of visibility and growth. - Identify emerging trends (new formats: PLF, cinema partnerships “outside cinema”, new audiences) and define a roadmap. - Ensure alignment of local actions and campaigns with the guidelines, deals and objectives of the EMEA trade team and the HO international marketing team (bridge to be established between the person in charge of international in-theater marketing): Example of Kinepolis with EMEA buying deals & out-theaters campaign (Screen X x DRAGONS EMEA // Take over Screen X x Kinepolis x Jurassic EMEA). 2- Development of innovative “out-of-theater” schemes with circuits: - Imagining and setting up special operations with exhibitors outside the classic cinema setting, but starting from the cinema and the spectators. - Co-imagine and co-construct activations with circuits to maximize visibility in parallel with traditional theatrical purchases (cinema campaign + preventive campaign). - Development of new types of partnerships with circuits, beyond traditional campaigns (data-sharing, CRM, exclusive content). -Activation of influencer operations co-branded with circuits, and creation of dedicated digital content for existing and future social platforms. - Accompany circuits (Kinepolis /UGC / Pathe / CGR) and their spectators by redefining with them the current and future challenges of the cinema experience: Confectionery / merchandising/ CP collab- Franchises/ In-theater interaction & events. - Pilot experimental projects with high added value (Dedicated activations PLF- Skemmi- the Avant séance of tomorrow: interaction with your spectators). - Presence or participation in external events / exhibitor meetings (Rencontres Syndicales / Festivals etc.) 3- Relations and negotiations with circuits (Pathé, UGC, CGR, KINEPOLIS, MK2, Megarama + independents): - Interlocutor with circuits on trade strategies - Promotion of Universal line-up - Management of events (various Tradeshows + Conventions + SS) hand in hand with Trade Marketing Manager - Coordination of specific circuit requests with the EMEA team and HO's international marketing team to develop common strategies (Example: CGR -> experiential and event-based-> interactive POS) 4- Management and supervision of operations: - Trade team management - Monitoring of operations and production of in-store materials (posters, POP displays, various materials) - Monitoring and redefining communication with cinemas on material availability (FB Group Marketing for cinemas + Gdoc + exhibitor newsletters) - Validation of plans and classical in-theater campaign with Trade Marketing Manager - Work cross-functionally with Marketing team (media plan alignment, creative), sales team and film brand + franchise partnerships.
