Sr. Graphic Designer - 3D Specialist

Noticias Telemundo Network is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Designer to join our Miami, FL headquarters. This role is a key contributor to the News Graphics Design team, responsible for shaping the creative execution of broadcast, digital, and special project content. The Senior Designer will play a critical role across live shows, breaking news, and high-priority Special projects, delivering high-impact graphics under tight deadlines. This position requires a strong understanding of the fast-paced news environment, including real-time production workflows and digital content demands. This role operates within a 24/7 production environment, requiring flexibility in hours, including late nights and last-minute schedule changes. Close collaboration with the Creative Director and News leadership is essential to ensure creative alignment, consistency, and innovation across all platforms. Responsibilities: Lead projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality design, creative alignment, and consistency throughout. Support the Creative Director on team initiatives, workflows, and special assignments. Act as a team lead when required, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to other designers. Develop innovative and effective design solutions under tight timelines, particularly in live and breaking news environments. Communicate ideas and concepts clearly to cross-functional stakeholders, including Producers, Managers, and News leadership. Provide proactive problem-solving and creative solutions to address production challenges. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines. Ensure all graphics meet accuracy, editorial standards, and brand guidelines. Maintain clear and consistent communication on project status with the Creative Director and key stakeholders.
