The Director, Business & Legal Affairs will be part of a team handling all matters involving the Global Distribution business (including negotiating, advising on and documenting content license/distribution agreements with customers across the globe and handling distribution aspects of commissioning, co-production and co-financing transactions and arrangements).

The Global Television Distribution Controller will serve as an integral business partner in the operational accounting aspects of NBCUniversal’s Global Television Distribution business. The role reports to the Senior Vice President, Studio Group Controller and has dotted lines to the Global Television Distribution CFO as a key advisor to finance leadership on all accounting matters. This role is responsible for overseeing all operational accounting processes, monthly and quarterly close, reporting and the assessment and validation of internal control activities for the division.

The Senior Financial Analyst of Global Television Distribution is responsible for financial, planning & analysis of NBC Universal’s filmed entertainment and television product distributed in the Linear Free and Basic, Premium Pay, Subscription-VOD, Ad based-VOD, and Transactional markets. The Sr. Analyst will support the financial consolidation of global content licensing ultimates specific to theatrical content for a high-growth, fast-paced international organization. In this role, you will be managing the following: Sales Responsible for entire sales process of Unscripted and Telemundo portfolio across all rights in the German-speaking territories: Linear (Free TV, Pay TV, FAST Channels), Non-linear (SVOD, AVOD, FOD), Transactional (EST, TVOD, Premium EST, Premium TVOD).
