Programming Manager, Talent

The Programming Manager, Talent is a critical member of the NBC News on ‑air talent team, responsible for overseeing and executing programming and scheduling across all NBC News linear and digital platforms. This role ensures seamless coverage, operational accuracy, and fast, effective coordination in a dynamic, deadline-driven newsroom environment. Reporting to the Vice President, Talent Development & Recruitment, the Programming Manager will work cross-functionally with talent, show production, programming and editorial teams to support daily and long-range programming needs.
