JOB SUMMARY Drafts, reviews, analyses, negotiates and processes contracts and related documents for all facility construction, A&E design, consultant, and similar services using the NEC and JCT library of contracts and other bespoke forms of agreement to ensure accuracy for operational/project teams in accordance with the contracts policies and procedures and all applicable Universal Creative systems. Work in conjunction with Legal, Risk Management, Project Management (PMO) and Finance departments.

JOB SUMMARY Assists Contracts Administrators and other legal team members with contract drafts, reviews and all areas of contracting process. Processes JCT/NEC contracts and related documents to ensure accuracy for operational/project teams in accordance with the contracts policies and procedures and all applicable Universal Creative Systems. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (% of time) As directed by Sr. Contracts Administrator and Manager, reviews and drafts scopes of work and related contract documents and compiles and routes contract documents for internal and external approvals and execution.

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Universal contracting process including all forms of agreements, reviews, analyses, contract negotiations and related documents for all facility construction, A&E design, consultant, and similar services using the NEC and JCT library of contracts, other bespoke forms of agreement and templates on behalf of legal that are utilised across the Universal Creative UK Project, including working in conjunction with project teams and other stakeholders.
