JOB SUMMARY The Senior Manager - Graphics Design, is responsible for overseeing the initial phases of graphics projects, including strategic planning, concept development, and ensuring that projects align with business goals. This role requires advanced project management skills, strategic planning, and the ability to lead complex projects, manage risks, and innovate within the theme park environment. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement strategic project plans, overseeing the conceptualisation and early development phases of high-impact graphics projects.

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for managing the procurement of Furniture, Fixture, and Equipment (FF&E) materials for multiple and simultaneous hotel and/or resort projects as well as FF&E related project management including holding to prescribed project budgets and schedules, product design and specification review, procurement contracting, and oversight of installation. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Manage FF&E process to achieve value and efficiency. Maintain budget and schedule. Coordinate with field team to implement FF&E installation.

Oversees all Creative facilities which currently house Universal Creative team members. Manages the Facility & Administration staff that address all aspects of office space needs and administration requirements for the overall efficient operations of Project teams and Creative departments. Partners with the Architectural and Engineering Design Manager for all space design requirements. Ensures there is support for the senior leadership team in completion of any and all tasks, as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY The primary function of the Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Manager is to lead the integration of virtual design and construction technologies to enhance project delivery and collaboration across all stakeholders, ensuring the successful execution of projects through their lifecycle. The VDC Manager, serves as the technical expert for the project team, ensuring that VDC processes are effectively utilised to meet Universal standards and expectations.

JOB SUMMARY The Facility Coordinator is primarily responsible for preparing and managing all overall facility project correspondence as well as the overall administrative/document controls functions that are critical to the development of large multi-faceted themed attractions and ensuring these are completed in accordance with established policies and procedures.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES (% of time) Attends weekly project meetings. Responsible for the coordination between the Architecture and Engineering vendors and the ride/show vendors including the development of all preliminary final facility impacts - 30% Monitors construction in the field including identifying and resolving discrepancies between the construction and drawings and/or design intent.

Adhere to comprehensive budgets and implementation strategies for design, construction, and procurement. Lead and coordinate vendors and consultants, ensuring progress is tracked and aligned throughout all phases of design and construction.

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the design, management, and installation of landscape site planning, and area development design for a zone and/or land of the UK Project. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES (% of time) Lead the design and development of outdoor spaces that evoke emotion, spark imagination, and reflect a cohesive theme. Provides landscape, area development, site specific design, and management for the project themed zones and lands. Directing the design consultant and coordination with in-house support of the project team and additional vendor inputs.
