JOB SUMMARY The primary function of the Senior Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Manager is to oversee the integration of virtual design and construction technologies to optimise project delivery and foster collaboration across all stakeholders, ensuring the successful efficient execution of projects through their lifecycle. The Senior Manager, serves as strategic leader for the project team, ensuring that VDC processes are continuously utilised to meet Universal standards and expectations.

JOB SUMMARY Manage the Interior Design process for new developments and renovations across a land or small group of lands in collaboration with Universal Creative. Adhere to comprehensive budgets and implementation strategies for design, construction, and procurement. Lead and coordinate vendors and consultants, ensuring progress is tracked and aligned throughout all phases of design and construction.

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the design, management, and installation of landscape site planning, and area development design for a zone and/or land of the UK Project. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES (% of time) Lead the design and development of outdoor spaces that evoke emotion, spark imagination, and reflect a cohesive theme. Provides landscape, area development, site specific design, and management for the project themed zones and lands. Directing the design consultant and coordination with in-house support of the project team and additional vendor inputs.

JOB SUMMARY Oversees and manages the Architectural and Engineering design and construction administration effort within a specific area of a project. Also manages the resources, finances, and schedule of that project. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES (% of time) Attends weekly project meetings.

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for developing, establishing, and integrating comprehensive project plans and schedules throughout the project’s lifecycle. Responsible for initiating, integrating, monitoring and statusing internal and/or external project schedules into a comprehensive program or integrated project master schedule. This includes providing project controls advisements and progress analysis for senior management decision making as well as tracking current and future resources and production progress based on the Integrated Master Schedule.

JOB SUMMARY Generates project estimates for all projects ranging from new attractions, retail, restaurants, and resort hotels to entirely new theme parks. Completes subsequent estimating activities as projects progress through design and construction, to compare to budget. Manages the estimating process for large scopes of work. Responsible for all components of the project to include Facility, Show, Ride, Soft Costs and other project costs.
