Serves as a department resource for Creative projects.

Job Summary For Universal United Kingdom Resort (UUKR), this position is responsible for the day-to-day management and development of all construction and/or renovations of major land, attraction, resorts, walkways, and waterways, back of house support buildings, parking structures and any new facilities. This will include planning, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, design, construction, fabrication, delivery, and commissioning required to open the project within the assigned budget, quality, schedule, creative and guest experience targets.

The Fiber Optics Associate Manager on Universal United Kingdom Resort (UUKR) – Parkwide Systems is responsible for supporting and coordinating the design, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of campus-wide fiber-optic and structured cabling infrastructure across Universal Creative projects.

For Universal United Kingdom Resort (UUKR), Provides technical Support, inclusive of budget and schedule, for a singular contract or scope of work. Responsible for supporting or managing the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Ride Control, or Show Control Systems. Assists in managing or manages vendors through the process of bidding, designing, manufacturing, testing, shipping, installation, start up, and commissioning of ride or show control systems.

For Universal United Kingdom Resort (UUKR), responsible for managing the procurement of Furniture, Fixture, and Equipment (FF&E) materials for multiple and simultaneous hotel and/or resort projects as well as FF&E-related project management including holding to prescribed project budgets and schedules, product design and specification review, procurement contracting, and oversight of installation. Manage FF&E process to achieve value and efficiency. Maintain budget and schedule. Coordinate with field team to implement FF&E installation.

For Universal United Kingdom Resort (UUKR), this position contributes to technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions under an area of responsibility. Responsible for supporting the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Show Action Equipment. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Provides engineering technical (calculation, design, drafting, research) assistance to the Ride/Show teams in support of show action equipment scopes of work.
