Director of Legal and Business Affairs

The Director of Legal and Business Affairs, Universal Destinations and Experiences (UDX) is responsible for managing legal aspects of UK and international commercial matters, such as drafting and negotiating complex commercial and real estate agreements, corporate transactions, and providing advice and guidance for operations and management. The Director of Legal and Business Affairs is also responsible for overseeing compliance with planning and development approvals and agreements with UK Government and third parties. This position includes managing outside counsel and consultants.
