Position Summary The Assistant Director of Legal & Business Affairs, Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX), is responsible for leading and overseeing compliance with all planning and development approvals, statutory and non‑statutory consents, and government agreements required. This role provides strategic direction across the full compliance lifecycle, including the tracking and analysis of obligations within the consents register, proactive risk escalation, and the preparation of clear, timely reporting for internal leadership and external stakeholders.

Position Summary The Senior Manager of Development Licensing & Compliance leads the end‑to‑end process for securing all statutory and non‑statutory approvals, licenses, permits, consents, and planning permissions required. Working under the supervision of the Director and Vice President of Legal & Business Affairs, the role oversees the team coordinating submissions, managing complex approval pathways, and maintaining the comprehensive consents register.
