The News Associate Program is a 24-month high intensity program designed to develop entry-level media professionals. Participants in the program will work in a fast-paced newsroom within one of NBCUniversal’s Local Stations. This program is an accelerated opportunity for professionals with Broadcast Communications or Journalism degrees and/or a minimum of six months of experience within a professional newsroom. The program will include a significant investment in training and coaching from some of the industry’s best.

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about news, loves breaking news and has a creative vision for crafting live programs. This person will work closely with managers to create innovative, up-to-the-minute content that resonates with our viewers.

The Executive Producer is a leadership position overseeing the creation, production and promotion components of a brand new 3PM newscast on KXAS. This position encompasses editorial leadership of the new broadcast and non-linear content. The Executive Producer's role is to oversee production of news content on multiple platforms, provide guidance and direction to news employees and be an active member of the news management team. The ideal candidate will know how to motivate and manage a team in producing a show that is a great marriage between in-depth content and viewer advocacy.

The Local Digital Account Director/Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for enabling digital revenue growth across NBCUniversal digital platforms through the development and sale of advertising solutions to clients. The Account Director will develop a solid understanding of NBCUniversal ad products across Peacock, NBCU Network and Cable Assets, Local Owned Station Sites and Sports which includes Regional Sports Nets, NFL, NBA, Olympics, World Cup.

Role Purpose The HR Manager plays a central role in supporting client groups through strong HR partnership, sound employee relations guidance, and effective management of annual people processes. Working closely with the Regional Vice President, Human Resources, this role provides day‑to‑day support to managers and employees, coaches leaders on people and performance matters, and oversees core HR cycles including performance management, compensation planning, engagement, and development initiatives.
