Responsibilities Review Universal Products & Experiences (UP&E) licensee factory audit reports and corrective action evidence to determine factory waiver program eligibility. Serve as a contact and resource for the business unit, particularly as it relates to China, for the GBS factory waiver program. Initiate and send out Waiver approval letters.
