Key Responsibilities Production Development/production work: Providing business affairs advice on all aspects of scripted drama and anime developments and productions. Negotiating, drafting and advising on a full range of development and production agreements including in relation to writers, onscreen talent, other key production personnel etc. Ensuring that all production activities are in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all territories and with the company's compliance policies and best practice procedures.

Reporting to the EVP, Content Strategy, this key role in the Universal Television Entertainment Group is responsible for managing the entertainment content lifecycle management process, including Greenlight, for NBC, Bravo, and Peacock. This role also has a dotted line into the CFO, UTEG Finance.

Role Purpose: The Sr. Counsel, Intellectual Property within the Brands and Content IP team will provide strategic legal guidance and oversight on IP issues arising from content production, brand development and global expansion initiatives.
