The director will also work with Legal and Finance to minimize risk and will create and keep track of clearances for the brand.

This role will support news entities, so will often include deadline pressure, and will involve securing and verifying social newsgathering content, in partnership with Standards and Newsgathering.

Responsible for overseeing the onsite design implementation and installation of audio/video content of assigned Entertainment projects of various scale, to include marquee events, park theatrical entertainment, press events, and special projects, while also maintaining Entertainment audio/video assets. Work closely with the AV management team, in addition to the vendors and other partners to ensure proper implementation of AV designs on assigned projects. Attends project meetings as required, facilitating the exchange of information between all stakeholders.

May include direct supervisory responsibilities for entry level Finance positions. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Complete monthly project cost reporting and distribute to management. Work with project managers to update project cost expectations and communicate all project activity via monthly report/presentation.
