The On Air Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the on-air play-out schedules for the on-air operation. This position is a direct point of contact between on-air operations, commercial operations, network programming, promotions and creative services departments. Note: This is a broadcast distribution operations role; this role is not a production-based role.

NBCUniversal is seeking a Director of On-Air Operations to join a driven and highly motivated team located in Stamford, Connecticut within NBCUniversal’s Technical Operations. The Director of On-Air & Digital Operations will be responsible for providing leadership for a team of Managers, Operation Managers, Operations Supervisors, and Master Control Operators responsible for executing, promoting, and maintaining the on-air reliability for Bravo, 5 Regional Sports Networks, NBC Universo, FAST channels, and Single Live Events on Peacock.

Responsibilities: Maintain and manipulate on-air playlists, execute program/commercial/marketing changes, and support live-event and contingency workflows using cutting-edge software like SNELL Morpheus and Amagi. Execute seamless program, commercial, and marketing changes and provide support for live events and contingency workflows. Take ownership of commercial integration, ensuring flawless rolling of commercial breaks during both taped and live programming.
