NBCUniversal is seeking a Digital Operations Supervisor individual to join a driven and highly-motivated team located in Stamford, Connecticut within NBCUniversal’s Technical Operations. The Digital Operations Supervisor will be a part of a 24x7 digital NOC (dNOC) operation within NBCUniversal’s Distribution Operation supporting all linear handoffs (broadcast and streaming). The dNOC proactively monitors key distribution points to maintain high levels of QoS and QoE for external partners and consumers alike.

The Scheduler, On-air Operations provides day-to-day scheduling support for the 24/7 On-air Operation.

The On-Air Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for overseeing broadcast schedule completion and execution of schedule changes for the entirety of on-air distribution. The coordinator serves as a direct point of contact between on-air operations, commercial operations, and program operations to ensure that playlists are scheduled properly and completely for air.
