Currently, the application portfolio includes SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, and ClickBoarding products, which are expected to be consolidated within a 3-5 year time frame. Engagement with HR business partners is a critical competency of this role. Collaboration with a team of technology professionals as well as engaging with vendors and an engineering team are essential tasks to perform project and support activities.
