Essential part of the Finance and Operations teams by serving in a critical workforce planning role, while managing a major portion of the stations’ expenses. Position resides in the Finance department and reports directly to the Senior Finance Director along with significant interaction with the VP of Finance and other station management.

The Senior Director Finance role is responsible for leading the local finance team and all finance functions for the New York market, which includes both WNBC and WNJU television stations. This role is a unique blend of operational finance, FP&A, accounting and reporting into the Northeast Region. The position reports to the Regional Vice President Finance with significant interaction with station management leadership, HQ Finance, HQ Controllership and other markets within the region.

The Director of Finance role is responsible for leading the local finance team and all finance functions for the Central Florida Telemundo Stations (Orlando, Tampa, Ft. Myers) as part of the NBCU Local Division. This role is a unique blend of operational finance, FP&A, accounting, and tax, reporting into the RVP Southeast Region. Primary responsibilities include supervising the local finance team, annual budgeting/planning/forecasting, monthly close, management of the local P&L and Balance Sheet, and working closely with the GM and department heads to help guide decision making.
