Role Overview At NBC Sports, the Accounts Payable Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the financial execution of sports production. Reporting to the Director of Production Finance, you’ll be an integral part of a team that partners closely with Production and Operations to manage budgets, track spend, and deliver financial insights across all NBC Sports programming. Under the leadership of the VP of Production Finance, this team also ensures timely vendor payments and collaborates with FP&A and Controllership to meet corporate reporting requirements.

The Manager of Production Finance is a key leader responsible for overseeing all financial operations that support Sports Production. This role owns the full financial lifecycle for assigned productions, including budgeting, actualization, forecasting, and variance analysis. The Manager provides direct analytical and operational support to the Director, Production Finance, and partners closely with Production, Operations and Scheduling ensuring financial transparency and accuracy, operational efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities The Sr Financial Analyst FP&A will participate in the day-to-day operations of the Sports FP&A team and will assist in a wide range of accounting, finance and consolidation matters for the Sports Group. It is an important position on the NBC Sports FP&A team and interfaces with multiple operators and teams internally within the Sports Group as well as within various NBCU finance teams.

The Manager of Accounting will play a key role in the general accounting and compliance initiatives for NBC Sports. Ths includes responsibility for the Sports Balance Sheet, Account Reconciliations, and Corporate Deliverables. This position will support the Senior Director of Accounting and work closely with leadership across FP&A, Production, GFO, as well as controllership counterparts across the Media Group. This position will support the monthly close and the overall accounting processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
