The Sr Cyber Security Manager is a critical member of the NBC Universal Cyber Security organization, responsible for executing and contributing to the Cyber Security strategy and overseeing operational engagement with key leaders across Operations & Technology teams, Media Services, and enterprise-wide business solution teams. NBC Universal takes a threat-centric, intelligence-forward view of Cyber Security, so this position requires a security professional with experience in proactive defense and the technical and business acumen to translate that insight into a tactical roadmap.

The Sr Detection Engineer leads the activities that enhance the organization's security posture by developing, implementing, and maintaining robust security monitoring and detection capabilities. This role requires in-depth expertise in threat identification and analysis with a focus on identifying and investigating sophisticated threats. The Sr Detection Engineer will lead the development and implementation of advanced detection techniques, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement in the security monitoring program.

The GRC Risk Analyst is responsible for conducting security risk assessments to help identify and articulate risk and risk treatment options in support of NBCUniversal Business Groups.

The AI Cyber Defense Analyst is responsible for developing and monitoring Artificial Intelligence-related detections and alerts, escalating as necessary, and working with the incident response team as the AI monitoring subject matter expert. Responsibilities: Maintain and analyze threat intelligence feeds to identify emerging AI/ML threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques. Proactively search for malicious activity within AI systems and their supporting infrastructure. Conduct in-depth investigations into suspicious AI-related events.

NBCUniversal’s Cyber Threat Operations team is responsible for providing cyber threat intelligence, event monitoring, response, and threat hunting for all areas of NBCUniversal in a highly collaborative, fast paced, and agile fashion. As a member of the Cyber Response team, the candidate can expect to utilise their technical expertise to assess, contain, and remediate cyber threats. The Sr Incident Responder is also an escalation point for security alerts from the security event analysts, and the candidate would be expected to mentor and share knowledge with others in the organisation.
