The Weekend Executive Producer must be a dynamic leader who can guide evening and weekend news coverage for WCAU and WWSI. The EP manages teams of producers, content producers, and writers on all aspects of newscast production while working closely with the assignment desk and overseeing/reviewing the work of reporters and photojournalists. The Weekend Executive Producer works with the VP of News and News Director of WWSI to lead editorial content, branding, and production of news coverage that demands a breaking-news approach, as well as exclusive investigations and long-term projects.
