The Sr. Producer will lead a dynamic production team, including Producers, Associate Producers (APs), and Production Assistants (PAs). This role ensures all personnel align with the show’s creative vision while overseeing production budgets, staffing, and sales and sponsorship integration. Provide leadership and direction to Producers, APs, and PAs, ensuring alignment with the show’s vision and goals. Assign and manage tasks for in-studio, remote, and field productions. Oversee team schedules, including reviewing and approving time-off requests in collaboration with supervisors.

Job Duties: Lead the content creation, programming and distribution of the 24/7 Sports FAST channel. Manage channel programming grid working closely with the management team. Manage the FAST channel content team and develop strategies to grow content, audience, and engagement. Lead content and programming team to develop workflows that deliver 24-hour digital programming Analyze and actively use data and metrics to inform editorial and strategic decisions, and to create accountability for results.
