Job purpose: Cover local news for NBC4/T44 and participate in the newsgathering and editorial process.

Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall editorial content for the assigned news platforms produced by NBC4, but may be responsible for additional platforms including but not limited to broadcast, digital and web Lead a team of Producers and Content Producers in selecting the most compelling and relevant stories to create content for all assigned news broadcasts, and other platforms as assigned Coordinate with the production, engineering, and IT teams to ensure smooth and seamless show productions as well as with the editorial team to ensure the most complete local news coverage Collab
