NBCUniversal is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to three SVPs across the Agency Partnerships team. The ideal candidate must be organized, tech-savvy, and able to multi-task. This position will work in a fun and fast-paced environment that will provide great exposure to the Global Ad Sales & Partnerships business. Prioritize communications that may include meetings, phone conversations and emails; determine through independent judgment those which require immediate attention.
