Role Summary: This role will provide Human Resources support and leadership to certain Universal Entertainment Group Production teams. Reporting to the VP, Human Resources for Physical Productions, this position will act as an HR business partner to studio employees in Physical Production including Post Production and Visual Effects, as well as provide support to on-set production employees. Responsibilities: Ensure the execution of assigned productions are aligned with our culture, standards and practices.

You will develop and drive people strategies for Japan, covering multiple businesses including Content Group, TVD, UP&E in Japan. You will partner closely with key executives to cultivate an inclusive, positive, and productive workplace culture; identify, develop and retain talents; create and implement local employee experiences and learning & development initiatives. You will develop and maintain a strong relationship with partners in talent acquisition, executive search, compensation & benefits, employment law, etc. to drive high quality HR services delivery to business.
