The Universal Filmed Entertainment Group Human Resources team is seeking an employee-centered, detail-oriented, and resourceful HR Coordinator to support a dynamic portfolio of film businesses. The HR Manager is a true business partner to the NBCUniversal businesses. This role drives the local HR agenda with both a people centric and commercial mindset, aimed at driving the business forward. All aspects of the employee life cycle are touched upon and the best employee experience is pursued. The incumbent will interpret and provide input against needs to identify, plan and deliver critical initiatives to align with business and HR strategies.

You will develop and drive people strategies for Japan, covering multiple businesses including Content Group, TVD, UP&E in Japan. You will partner closely with key executives to cultivate an inclusive, positive, and productive workplace culture; identify, develop and retain talents; create and implement local employee experiences and learning & development initiatives. You will develop and maintain a strong relationship with partners in talent acquisition, executive search, compensation & benefits, employment law, etc. to drive high quality HR services delivery to business.
