Summary The Director of Culinary Operations reports directly to the VP of Culinary and Executive Chef and is responsible for two main pillars: Culinary Production and Culinary Park Operations. Maintains facility in a clean and organized manner at all times. Stores product according to established standards. Assists in responsibility for the control of all inventories within the warehouse.
