We are looking for an experienced Incident Management Engineer to join our Global Incident Response Team. The ideal candidate will have experience leveraging ITIL best practices for Incident Management and providing key metrics and reporting to drive continuous improvement. In this role, you will be at the center of our technology operations focused on ensuring that our systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing critical incidents from discovery to service restoration and collaborating with technology teams to prevent recurrence.

The Manager, Digital CX & E-commerce is responsible for developing and delivering compelling and successful digital marketing campaigns and programs for Universal Studios Hollywood across web & mobile app. This role blends insights, data and content to optimize touchpoints throughout the customer journey, working alongside a cross-functional group of partners to identify, prioritize and develop new programs and capabilities.

Summary The Application Engineer's role is to implement, test, analyze, and support software applications to meet the business requirements of Universal Parks. This includes troubleshooting and providing day-to-day support to multiple business units. Additionally, the Application Engineer researches, designs, documents, and modifies software requirements throughout its lifecycle, working with vendors and internal IT teams to deliver new applications and enhance existing ones to fulfill business needs.
