Summary This role oversees the compliance and administrative functions within the Human Resources department. It ensures the accurate and efficient implementation of attendance policies and bi-annual status checks in line with our Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Additionally, this position supervises HR Assistants who manage attendance infraction disciplines and support the interactive and accommodations processes for Team Members with leave or accommodation needs.

The Human Resources Generalist provides HR counsel and support to Supervisors/Managers and hourly Team Members at the Hollywood Theme Park, with a heavy emphasis on maintaining positive employee relations. The role also serves as a liaison with other HR departments including Staffing/Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HRIS, Labor Relations, etc. to help resolve issues and assist with HR process coordination.
