Manager, New Hire Prgrms & Experiences

We are looking for a Manager of New Hire Experiences and Programs to define and shape the end-to-end Team Member experience for Orientation and Onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading, designing and implementing large-scale Team Member-centric onboarding experiences. You’ll need to be innovative and always seek to push the boundaries of adult learning & development. However, you must also have a relentless focus on practical application that is grounded in the realities of what our Team Members face day-to-day.
