The Front of House (FOH) Manager, Toothsome will be responsible for directing, managing, and successfully opening and operating a high-volume branded concept on CityWalk. As FOH Manager, the position will be a primary “go-to” for the FOH team and will be responsible for the functions and flow of the front of the house. The FOH Manager is responsible for ensuring that customer service always meets the standard of excellence.

This position is responsible for providing the leadership, direction and resources to effectively supervise physical plant functions, daily departmental operations and special projects in support of Citywalk and Parking Operations. Responsibilities Supervise and standardize the operations and activities of the Maintenance department by allocating and coordinating labor and non-labor resources to ensure maximum efficiency. Responsible for overseeing the day to day maintenance of physical plant assets, equipment, utilities, grounds, and the testing of emergency systems.

The Assistant Manager, CityWalk Food – Quick Service Restaurants will be responsible for the daily shift supervision and management support of the quick-serve CityWalk venues. This position will work in a fast paced, fun, & quickly growing environment that allows the ability to create and foster a cohesive team while demonstrating organizational, planning, delegation, mentoring and coaching skills. Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, labor, employment, and Company policies and procedures.

The Restaurant Chef - Vivo will be responsible for directing, managing, and successfully opening and operating a high-volume branded concept on CityWalk. As Restaurant Chef, the position will be a primary “go-to” for the kitchen team and responsible for the functions and flow of the back of the house. The Restaurant Chef - Vivo is responsible for ensuring that the food served always meets or exceeds standards of excellence at all times.

The Assistant General Manager, Margaritaville will be responsible for directing, managing and successfully opening and operating a high volume branded concept on City Walk. The Assistant General Manager will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, team member retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Essential Functions Drive operating profit goals and sales. Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs.

The Manager, CityWalk Food – Quick Service Restaurants will be responsible for the overall operation of multiple Quick Service venues, including, but not limited to, the efficient and profitable operation of the venues. This position will directly supervise a team of assistant managers. In the Manager role, this position will be responsible for the implementation of strategic planning and optimizing restaurant profitability; candidates must also be passionate about quality, cleanliness and guest service standards.
