The Sous Chef – Margaritaville, will be responsible for directing, managing and successfully operating a high volume branded concept on CityWalk. As Sous Chef, the position will be a primary “go-to” for the kitchen team and responsible for the functions and flow of the back of the house. The Sous Chef is responsible for ensuring that the food served always meets or exceeds standards of excellence. While this position will report to the Restaurant Chef, this position is responsible for setting the expectations for all kitchen team members to maximize productivity.

The Administrative Assistant for the CW Food department is responsible for providing overall administrative support to the CW Food Directors and Management team. Manage complex schedules and coordinates meetings with internal and external parties utilizing multiple calendars. Determine importance of meeting requests and schedule accordingly. Handle heavy call volume, and acts as back up for the Sr Leadership area administrative assistants as necessary. Perform basic administrative tasks, e.g. photocopying and filing. Maintains proper recordkeeping and filing system for all work.

This role supports the department’s documentation systems, vendor coordination, financial processes, and project workflow, while serving as a key communication point between internal teams, contractors, and leadership.
