The Assistant General Manager, Margaritaville will be responsible for directing, managing and successfully opening and operating a high volume branded concept on City Walk. The Assistant General Manager will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, team member retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Essential Functions Drive operating profit goals and sales. Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs.

The Manager, CityWalk Food – Quick Service Restaurants will be responsible for the overall operation of multiple Quick Service venues, including, but not limited to, the efficient and profitable operation of the venues. This position will directly supervise a team of assistant managers.
