Oversees the daily operations and personnel of the Costume Department, working in partnership with Senior Costume Management to ensure the fabrication, maintenance, and inventory of all costumes meet high-quality standards and operational demands. Supports ongoing entertainment productions and events, and integrates new costumes into the operation as needed, while maintaining alignment with budgetary goals. Universal Studios Hollywood is seeking an experienced Creative Associate Manager to join our Entertainment Creative Development team. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, the Creative Associate Manager will ideally have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in experiential design, themed entertainment, stage, and/or screen work. This position centers on show direction, creative development and strengthens the department’s ability to scale, take on additional assignments, and advance creative work across the portfolio.
