Job Description The Assistant Manager of Entertainment Show Quality plays a key role in maintaining and/or creating the artistic vision of entertainment throughout the park. The Assistant Manager is responsible for providing regular notes and feedback for current Entertainment elements/performers and also for assisting with new Entertainment elements/characters as directed/assigned. This includes but is not limited to, selecting the cast, running rehearsals, collaborating with designers, blocking movement and monitoring the project throughout its operation.

The Supervisor, Entertainment Operations Shows shall be responsible for ensuring the functionality of all operations related to the day to day execution of the show(s)/element to which they are assigned. The Supervisor reports to the Manager and Assistant Manager, Entertainment Operations Shows as appropriate to ensure proper facilitation of duties. Provides essential structure and support to the Entertainment AV team with daily operations and projects of various scale, including daily park entertainment, marquee events, placemaking efforts, and special projects. For each, works with the team on driving the production process forward with an emphasis on organizational skills, documentation, and communication. Essential Functions Provide daily supervision of the duties, priorities, and workflows of Entertainment Audio/Video group, including Entertainment Technical Services (ETS) sub-group.

The Supervisor, Entertainment Costume Operations is responsible assisting the Entertainment Costume Operations Manager with the daily supervisory leadership of the front line employees with a key focus on the daily operation of the Entertainment Costume Department. Oversee the daily operations of the Costume Areas; including monitoring staff and ensuring that all standard operating procedures are maintained. Coach, monitor and track the hourly staff’s work processes. Instruct and monitor costume staff in required daily techniques and procedures.

Oversees the daily operations and personnel of the Costume Department, working in partnership with Senior Costume Management to ensure the fabrication, maintenance, and inventory of all costumes meet high-quality standards and operational demands. Supports ongoing entertainment productions and events, and integrates new costumes into the operation as needed, while maintaining alignment with budgetary goals.
