The Supervisor, Entertainment is responsible assisting the Entertainment Costume Operations Manager with the daily supervisory leadership of the front line employees with a key focus on the daily operation of the Entertainment Costume Department. Oversee the daily operations of the Costume Areas; including monitoring staff and ensuring that all standard operating procedures are maintained. Coach, monitor and track the hourly staff’s work processes. Instruct and monitor costume staff in required daily techniques and procedures.

SUMMARY The Assistant Manager, Entertainment Operations - Fabrication is responsible for assisting the Entertainment Costume Fabrication Manager with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Costume Department, including all aspects of front and back of house operations. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in managing finances, resolving operational challenges, reviewing and/or revising process and procedure when necessary and addressing guest and/or team member issues.

The Manager, Entertainment Show Operations is responsible for the management of a show, show venue, and its personnel and operations. The Manager works with appropriate partners to lead and manage the culture, daily operation, coordination of projects, overall product quality and ensures policies and procedures are consistently enforced and/or followed. The Manager promotes positive guest and employee experience by ensuring that all areas and aspects of the business are running at optimum performance level.

The Sr. Manager, Entertainment Costuming is responsible for providing support, direction and assistance to the Entertainment Costume Operations and Costume Fabrication teams. This includes overseeing and managing the staff and the day to day costume operations of multiple venues and/or areas as well as the fabrication and repair of costumes. Partner with the Entertainment Production team on the development of new costumes for marquee events, new character development, design intent changes and special projects.
