This position is responsible for providing leadership, direction and resources to effectively manage the building and warehouse team. Oversee daily operations, scheduling, managing direct reports, budgets, and the building facilities. Essential Functions: Maintain daily building facilities Maintain all office and warehouse supplies/expendables for the facility teams. Direct back up/proxy for the EPC Manager in times of absence, make decisions related to daily operation need, lead meetings, and provide accountability expectations.

Assistant Manager AV Creative – Project

Responsible for overseeing the onsite design implementation and installation of audio/video content of assigned Entertainment projects of various scale, to include marquee events, park theatrical entertainment, press events, and special projects, while also maintaining Entertainment audio/video assets. Work closely with the AV management team, in addition to the vendors and other partners to ensure proper implementation of AV designs on assigned projects. Attends project meetings as required, facilitating the exchange of information between all stakeholders.
