This role is a fixed term contract - approx 2 years. About You: You love data and administration, you are structured, highly organized and have an impressive eye for detail. You are keen to join a team where you will be exposed to the full breadth of HR and become a sponge for learning. You like to question and understand processes and strive to streamline all that you do. You are a champion of customer service and build relationships easily. Your passion for detail, organisation, and ensuring everything you touch is “perfect” is balanced with an ability to move quickly and experiment.

During your internship you will be exposed to and gain an understanding of everything in the colourful world of HR that ranges from HR Operations, fun Employee Engagement projects, Reward, Benefits and Payroll. You will partner very closely and support the HR Manager in maintaining quality HR services across the business.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, APAC, your task will be to manage the FreeWheel Marketing initiatives for APAC by liaising and connecting with the different International Marketing and Communications teams internally. Your responsibilities may span the following areas: Brand marketing: Under the leadership of the International Brand Marketing department, support the project management of local marketing events (planning, executing, and tracking of marketing KPI’s).

You will develop and drive people strategies for Singapore and SEA, covering multiple businesses including TVD, UPI, Networks & DTC and other businesses on site. You will partner closely with key executives to cultivate an inclusive, positive and productive workplace culture; identify, develop and retain talents; create and implement local employee experiences and learning & development initiatives. You will develop and maintain a strong relationship with partners in talent acquisition, executive search, compensation & benefits, employment law, etc.
