As the Director of MLB Operations, you will oversee all operational aspects of NBC Sports’ Major League Baseball coverage and act as a key liaison between Remote Operations, Production teams, and league representatives. While the primary focus will be MLB, you may also support other NBC Sports properties during the MLB off-season or as business needs arise. You will be responsible for managing logistics, budgets, and personnel to ensure the seamless execution of live events and will report to the Vice President of MLB Production Operations.

This is a project based / limited term position with an estimated duration of up to 10 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed. In this position, you will work with and supports all productions across the NBC Sports portfolio. Responsibilities Engage with NBC Sports staff, daily hire and freelance technical personnel to work on remote productions. Inclusive of contacting the requested engineers to check their availability, negotiate rates, and hire all positions before the event.

NBC Sports is seeking a Manager of Broadcast Design Engineering to support the planning, implementation, and sustainment of technical systems used in live sports production, studio production, post-production, and other core broadcast environments. This role will manage day-to-day engineering design activities across studio, REMI, and field environments, translating production needs into technical solutions and ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to NBC Sports’ quality standards.

The Production/Broadcast Engineer will be responsible for providing front-line broadcast engineering and technical support across multiple studios and control rooms within the Stamford Sports facility. The role involves supporting all broadcast systems and technology for live day-of-air programs, troubleshooting hardware and systems, complying with computer security policies, and managing projects that include system design, integration, and commissioning. This position requires a combination of maintenance and project management/system engineering skills.
