The Finance Intern position is a key member of the APAC Consumer Product Finance team. Their primary role is to be the support function for the Finance team with the various finance processes and other ad hoc tasks, especially during the forecasting cycles.

Preparation of Bank and General Ledger Reconciliations – preparing journals, cash receipting and manual payment entries. Audit support from Mar-May Assistance with Marketing open PO’s and liaising with AU and NZ team and AP team on older film titles produced by Universal. Supporting with intercompany recharges across NBCUniversal business units. Reconciliation of credit card statements and business expenses. Data entry for third party reporting and forecasting.

The TV Programming Intern is part of the Programming team reporting to the Program Manager. This will include working on programming a TV channel and all that entails, from the viewing and acquisition of shows to the strategy of their placement on linear and non-linear platforms Responsible for providing support and administrative assistance across the programming department working on multiple channels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Content Scheduling & Planning Assist with the maintenance and preparation of program schedules across NBCUniversal channels.

As the Marketing Intern you will play a pivotal role in supporting the APAC marketing team with particular focus on channel brands including Bravo NZ, 7Bravo, UTV ANZ and DreamWorks Australia. Reporting to the Associate Marketing Manager APAC, this fast-paced role encompasses all aspects of marketing from campaign planning, social, digital, PR and events.
