Job Summary: The Vice President, Business Affairs will be primarily responsible for development and series related agreements on behalf of Universal Studio Group (e.g., broadcast, pay cable networks, basic cable networks, SVOD platforms like Netflix, Amazon HULU, etc.) in connection with scripted programming, including, but not limited to, writer, director, producer, and actor test option deals. This individual will report to the SVP, Business Affairs.

Job Summary: The Finance Coordinator will support two Production Finance Executives and productions that they are currently assigned. This position interacts with all of the shows on a daily basis.

NBCUniversal is looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized, and highly efficient individual to work within Universal Studio Group handling production-related agreements and issues, as well as other matters. RESPONSIBILITIES: Draft, review, revise, and negotiate clearance agreements, location agreements, vendor agreements, equipment rental agreements, animal handler agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other production-related agreements. Provide timely and thoughtful advice on potential risks and issues. Research and evaluate production issues.

Summary The VP, Consolidation, Reporting, Net Distribution Accounting – Studio Group HQ will lead the consolidation and reporting for the Studio Group Segment of NBCUniversal. The role will also drive controllership strategic initiatives across these groups in alignment with the objectives set forth by the CFO and Controller, while also focusing on the development of the related Controllership teams.

Job Purpose: The Vice President, Business Affairs will be primarily responsible for development and series related agreements in connection with scripted television programming, including, but not limited to, writer, director, producer, and actor test option deals for Universal International Studio (a studio within Universal Studio Group) supporting Working Title Television, Carnival Films, Heyday Television, Matchbox Pictures, and internal productions.
